Our small business was struggling with an antiquated phone system and we weren’t sure what to do.  Khang at BCS recommended that instead of pumping more money into upgrading our old PBX that we look into getting an Allworx VoIP PBX.  At first I hesitated because I knew the typical cost of a new VoIP phone system, along with the headache of trying to maintain it.  That same day, Khang dropped everything he was doing and took the time to do a demo of the Allworx system.  To say the least I was pleasantly surprised with the cost, the feature set, the upgradeability, and the ease of maintaining it.  Within a couple days of deciding to go for it, BCS hooked us up with a perfect phone system for our small business needs.  The entire BCS staff was very professional and courteous.  They took the time to configure the system for us and answer all of our redundant questions.  One of the greatest things about doing business with BCS is their rapid response to issues.  They resolve them quickly and effortlessly.  I would recommend that any small to medium size company looking to purchase a new phone system contact Khang at BCS.  You’ll be glad you did!

We were working with an individual who assured us that he would have us up and printing with the printer not being connected directly to a computer (We have an old laser printer on a with a parallel port), just on the network and getting a laptop set up on the network in no time, well few weeks and still no solution.
