In 2004, we started Business Communications Solution, with little more than passion and a vision of a company that can take care of everyday communications needs for small-to-medium businesses. Started by a cable/telephone/network technician, we had zero experience in marketing or sales. A general rule of thumb was to take 10% of gross revenue and put it back into advertising to help advance the business’ brand and expand sales.In the beginning, that wasn't’t what Business Communications Solutions did. Instead, we took as much money as we had (or even didn't have) and put it back into advertising:
